Fill Top of the Butter Crock with 1 stick of butter (1/2 Cup Butter) and base with 1/2 Cup of Water.
When the top of the butter crock is place onto the base the water creates an airtight seal keeping your butter fresh for up to 1 month (change water every 2-3 days. Measuring 4″ in diameter and 4 1/8″ in Height.
