POT MINDER:
The JBK Pot Minder is ideal for reducing those messy boil overs. Simply place the Pot Minder in the bottom of the pot when cooking or warming pasta, soups, potatoes, vegetables, or milk. The unique ceramic material and product design modify bubble formation when boiling begins. The disk also chatters on the bottom of the pot as boiling becomes more intense.

BROWN SUGAR SAVER:
Use after soaking to soften and maintain moisture in brown sugar, granulated sugar, sugar in the raw, turbinado sugar, and sugar substitutes, baked goods, cakes, cookies, marshmallows, even dried fruit. Or, use it dry without soaking to absorb moisture and keep spices, salt, crackers, pretzels and chips dry and crispy. Soak your ceramic brown sugar softener in water for 15 minutes, pat dry, and put on top of the brown sugar. JBK knows firsthand how frustrating it is when you go to the pantry or cupboard for the brown sugar, only to discover it is ROCK HARD and completely dried up! Our mothers and grandmothers used a piece of bread or apple to try to solve the problem, but there was the possibility of mold imparting an undesired flavor to the sugar, and the solution was short lived. The JBK Brown Sugar Saver will soften the hard brown sugar and keep it soft for up to 6 months when stored in a closed container. When sugar begins to harden, re-soak, pat dry, and use again. BREAD WARMER:
KEEP BREADS AND BAKED ITEMS WARM: Bread Warmer keeps bread and baked items warm throughout a meal for approximately 45 minutes. For best results, simply heat the ceramic tile in your oven, toaster, or barbecue grill. Set the heated tile in a cloth-lined basket or dish, placing your warmed bread or buns on top, and cover with a cloth. Use to keep bread, rolls, croissants, and folded tortillas warm when serving. Great for family meals! Avoid interrupting meals to warm more rolls. Made in the USA!
- For best results, simply heat the ceramic tile in your oven, toaster, or barbecue. Set the heated tile in a cloth-lined basket or dish, placing your warmed bread or buns on top, and cover with cloth.
- Oven: Bread Warmer may be placed in a heated oven at 250-350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
- Toaster: Your Bread Warmer may be heated in a normal toaster.
- Barbecue: You can place the Bread Warmer tile on the grill in your barbecue and heat for about 10 minutes. Warning: To be safe, always handle the heated Bread Warmer carefully with tongs, pot holder, or oven mitts.
- Care: If your Bread Warmer becomes soiled, it can be washed by hand, or run through a high temperature cleaning cycle in your oven.
- Hint: More than one Bread Warmer can be used for larger dishes or baskets of baking.

Place bread saver into container with bread, bagels, pastries, cookies and more! We do not recommend placing the bread saver in direct contact with your breads and the excess moisture will tend to be absorbed primarily in one spot.
